Training

Beyond the Far Cliffs provides a wide range of training programs in the areas of management, leadership, human resources, and customer service.  Visit the “Training Territory” Interactive Guide to peruse all of the different programs available.  Most topics are available in different formats, ranging from half-day to two (and occasionally three) day workshops.  Many topics can also be presented in a “speech” format.

All programs from Beyond the Far Cliffs are distinguished from many other programs based on three key characteristics:

  1. Highly Experiential — typically 50% or more of the program.
  2. Assessments — individual self-assessments.
  3. Practical Applications — immediately actionable ideas.

The training programs we’ve developed and present have been directly influenced by many of the greatest thinkers and teachers in leadership, management, human resources, and customer service.  We’re honored to be taught by, certified by,  and directly influenced by our “gurus.”  These are the individuals with whom we’ve spent time learning the key principles that strongly impact our programs and materials.
